Assistant
This is your opportunity to join a great group of people and be an integral part of our business by supporting our Administration Team!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and directing phone traffic to the appropriate person
- Learning and understanding general collision repair processes to support our team and subsequently our customers.
- Administration work such as scanning, filing, and processing payments.
- Setting up Assignments from our insurance company, booking estimates for customers and follow through with tasks related to that.
- Learning the Customer Care Professional Role to step in for coverage and potential further opportunities with Parr Auto Body.

- You take accountability and ownership of the position.
- Have an amazing attitude and excellent communication skills both on the phone/text/email and in person.
- Are detail oriented and process driven.
