Our daughter recommended Parr Auto Body. We find out they have a Biggar, Sask connection. We contacted them about changing our windshield. They were very good to deal with in setting up an appointment. When our daughter picked up the truck today it looked wonderful. They had cleaned the inside and outside. Looked like a new truck. We weren't expecting that. We thank them for all they did. Would highly recommend them.

Nobody wants to need an autobody shop, but Parr Autobody made the entire experience incredibly simple and stress-free. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, they handled all the insurance details seamlessly, and they even coordinated a rental car for me. This is what a truly customer-focused business looks like. Locally owned and operated, friendly staff, and outstanding work. My car looks and drives great. If I ever need autobody work again, I’ll return to Parr Autobody without hesitation.

There's a reason I keep bringing our vehicles here, they're amazing! They have friendly staff, communicate very well with the customer, and churn out fantastic work. It's also a huge bonus to be able to deal with Enterprise on site for pickup and drop off. It makes things so much easier. Also, thank you for the wash! Walter was looking pretty spiffy upon pickup. Great work all around!

If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would! From the welcoming, friendly staff when you walk in and the text updates on your car as it's in the shop to the beautiful shop dog Hazel, and the cookies they give you at pick up (and everything inbetween)- they really arent joking about treating you like family!

They arranged a rental for me through Enterprise, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. A car collision is a stressful experience. From the time my car arrived at Parr Autobody, my anxiety diminished significantly as their staff not only took care of my vehicle, but me as well. As the repair process proceeded, I appreciated the detailed emails, as well as regular updates on progress. One of the most impressive things Parr Autobody staff did was ask if my car had a name and if so, what it was. I shared with them the name I had given my car and each time I received an email, my car was referred to by her name. What an amazing, personal thing to do! It reassured me that my "Torvi" was in excellent hands. I would definitely recommend Parr Autobody to anyone. A positive experience indeed. Thank you again !

Parr Auto Body has always been my first choice for over 30 years whenever the unfortunate happens. My latest experience was due to hail damage and just got my vehicle back. Just finished having these guys look after my truck. Having bad experiences in the past with other auto body shops, this was the most surprising welcome experience! From an easy booking, to the perfect amount of texted updates as my truck went through the shop, too the cookies they gave me at the end! Great service, great people, we won’t hesitate to come back here with any other problems that may arise!

In today's world of businesses that could care less about their customers, Parr Auto Body is a refreshing change! They are prompt, courteous and go above and beyond. They kept me informed with regular updates on the progress of my vehicle. I was going to have trouble dropping off my vehicle so they came to my house and picked it up. Wonderful staff, and an excellent overall experience. I was so impressed with Parr auto body when we had to take in our Mazda for repairs and paint. They were so accommodating and made the whole experience pleasant and convenient. They had the rental there and ready the morning of drop off, kept in touch via text about progress, got permission for additional services and gave my car back all cleaned up and better than new! 10/10!!!

Our go-to auto-body shop! Staff always friendly with smiles, welcoming attitudes and cookies! We find them to be competent and efficient. The interior detail after replacing a panel is a bonus. Very good understanding of insurance claims. They handled everything with SGI. It's no wonder they've been around for so long. Keep up the good work and wonderful attitudes!
