All Parr Team Member Responsibilities: To ensure that every vehicle brought into our shop is repaired with the utmost safety and quality in mind, while also ensuring the highest level of customer care.

The Clean Department is responsible for:

• The incoming and outgoing processing of vehicles.
• Clear, concise and consistent documentation (photos and checklist) of a vehicle’s condition and damage on incoming vehicles.
• Ensuring all previous or unrelated damage is documented and communicated so that we cover ourselves and provide the customer with the information at the start of the process.
• Post Repair cleanup of the vehicle, removing all traces that the vehicle was in our shop.
• The Clean Up Crew is also responsible for helping keep the shop clean and organized, garbage and recycling removal, general shop duties.
• Lot organization is a vital part of this role as well.
