About the Role:
The Customer Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the post-collision repair process with compassion, clarity, and care. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role acts as the coordinator between customers, the shop, and insurance companies, making sure expectations and timelines are met through clear and effective communication. From managing inquiries and scheduling appraisals to handling documentation and finalizing repairs, the coordinator ensures a smooth and seamless experience at every step.

You are a confident and compassionate communicator who knows how to put people at ease during stressful situations. Detail-oriented and highly organized, you take pride in keeping processes on track and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. With experience in customer service and administration, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities, enjoy using your problem-solving skills, and staying on top of communications across different channels. Adaptable and tech-savvy, you embrace continual learning and approach each day with curiosity and initiative. Above all, you enjoy supporting customers through their journey, and being part of a collaborative team where accountability and care make a real difference.
