Key responsibilities include:

  • Caring for our customers and making their post collision experience as seamless as possible
  • Learning and understanding general collision repair processes to educate and update our customers while their vehicle is in for repairs.
  • Learning and understanding insurance practices and procedures to be able to explain them clearly and concisely to our customers.
  • Creating detailed Repair Orders to ensure a successful repair process for our team and customers.
  • Communicating with insurance companies to clarify details on Repair Orders.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with our rental car company representatives.
  • Becoming an expert in our software systems and new software systems as they are introduced.
  • Booking customers for damage appraisals and coordinating appraisals with our Estimator
  • Finalizing Repair Orders to create smooth customer pick-ups.
  • Managing customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, text, website, email and in person in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
  • Managing a multi-line phone system with some high-volume traffic.
  • Administration work such as scanning, filing, processing payments, etc.
  • Support of our team in various capabilities (i.e. planning team events, stepping up to assist other roles).
